Story
WildEndurance
Not long to go now! - On May 2nd our team of four, 'Beardless Heroes', will be walking, limping then crawling for 100km all day and night in support of The Wilderness Society. We will be climbing mountains, crossing rivers and enduring aches, pains, cramps, chaffing and blisters all in the name of the environment.
A huge thank you to Pete S & Tori who have confirmed they will be our support crew in the Blue Mountains for the event. You guys are awesome!
Thank you also to all of our friends and family who have donated already, bought chocolates at work and attended our family movie fundraiser in support. It is very much appreciated.
We are well on our way to reaching our target of $2000 as a team, and if we meet that target Pete will shave off his beard.
Stayed tuned for details!
For those of you who would still like to donate, you can do so via this website.
Thanks everyone.

How much will you pay to see Pete shave?

Activity
The Wilderness Society Inc
The Wilderness Society works to protect Australia’s remaining wilderness areas from destruction – iconic places like the Kimberley, Cape York and the Tasmanian forests. We are a national, community-based, environmental advocacy organisation using every peaceful means possible to secure a healthy environment for future generations – from mobilising the community through to driving world-class science and exploring sustainable economic solutions. Being independent means we rely entirely on the ongoing support and commitment of people like you for our success in maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment. We provide a voice for nature at a time when this could not be more crucial.
