The Wilderness Society works to protect Australia’s remaining wilderness areas from destruction – iconic places like the Kimberley, Cape York and the Tasmanian forests.  We are a national, community-based, environmental advocacy organisation using every peaceful means possible to secure a healthy environment for future generations – from mobilising the community through to driving world-class science and exploring sustainable economic solutions. Being independent means we rely entirely on the ongoing support and commitment of people like you for our success in maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment.
